Please email @stayhealthybestrong@gmail.com with the required information (including details of the product(s) you are returning and the reason(s) for the return). Following this, you should leave the package containing the product(s) you are returning. Be sure to return the product to us within seven business days after receiving them. We reserve the right to limit returns & exchanges made with or without receipts for any reason. PLEASE READ ACCEPTABLE SHIPPING GUIDELINE BELOW 

As noted, Stay Healthy Be Strong doesn't accept refunds ONLY IF our company sends out the wrong item, like size or product, and if a customer purchases an out-of-stock item. Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed. We'll send you an email once this is complete! Note that it may take your financial institution a little longer to reflect this transaction. 

Notice/Shipping guideline: Shipping return labels are handled by us and sent through a confirmation email. It is your responsibility to ship within 12 day of receiving it. Be sure that items are in their original condition, with tags or hygiene stickers still attached. (IMPORTANT) If the product item is damaged, the hygiene sticker and tag are removed, the customer's refund will be cancelled, and the item will be sent back to the customer, with shipping and handling costs covered by the customer's financial institution.
