What payment methods does Stay Healthy Be Strong accept?
We accept Amazon Pay, American Express, Amex, Apple Pay, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal.
Is it safe to use my credit card at your online store?
At Stay Healthy Be Strong, your online security is important to us. We do not store any cardholder account data. All orders are safe through Shopify's secure checkout system.
Can I place an order for store pick-up?
No, we are an online retailer.
Shipping
When will I receive my order?
Within 5-7 business days for available products in the United States once your order is shipped.
Within 7-14 business days for available products internationality once your order is shipped.
If you place an order after 3pm on Fridays, the order will be processed the following week.
If delivery of the products to you is delayed by an event outside our control (e.g. because of postal/courier delays, logistics, or bad weather), we’ll let you know as soon as possible. If there is a risk of substantial delay, contact the carrier of your order for the best solution.
How can I track my order?
You can find tracking information by logging into your account and selecting 'Order History' from the menu items. Alternatively, you can find tracking information in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find it, consider checking your spam or junk folder for the email!
Where do you ship?
We only ship within the United States and selected International states.
What Do I Do If I receive an incorrect item?
We want to make this right! Please send your order number and a photo of the incorrect item to stayhealthybestrong@gmail.com. Our support team will be in touch shortly with the next steps.

What is your return and refund policy?

Can I return a sale item?
Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
When can I expect my refund?
If our company sends out the wrong item listed or an out-of-stock item has been purchased. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. We'll send you an email once this is complete! Note that it may take your financial institution a little longer to reflect this transaction.
